Privacy Policy

During an active call or meeting, ExecPitch listens through the browser or computer microphone you select. It does not capture private headset playback, Zoom or dialer system audio, phone-line audio, or separate participant streams.

You are responsible for notifying participants and following the consent and recording rules that apply to your conversation.

• Raw audio is not saved.
• The live transcript and practice messages are not saved after the session.
• A concise private debrief may be saved after a live session with enough finalized speech.
• Reusable sales campaigns and shared company knowledge are saved to your account when you choose to save them.
• Speaker identification and talk/listen ratios are unavailable because the product receives one microphone stream.

Saved campaigns, shared company knowledge, and private debriefs are kept for the signed-in account that created them. Personal performance views are derived from that account's private notes and are not a manager or team dashboard.
